Installation and demolition of the encoder
1. The installation process diagram
b. Push the encoder into the hoist positioning hole, so that the spindle and the cone are in close agreement.
c. Clockwise to tighten the clamp screw expander, the tightening torque requirement is 0.6-0.8Nm, ensure the expansion ring is securely fixed.
d. Cover encoder cover, the installation is complete
2. Demolition process diagram
a. Removing the cover off the encoder, exposing the hollow shaft.
b. Counterclockwise to make the fastening screw loose, let the expander restore the relaxed state.
c. M5x50 fastening screws, counterclockwise exit 1 to 2 laps, make the M10x20 screws clockwise into the spindle center hole, withstand the M5 screws until the spindle and the cone are taken off
d. Exit M10 screws, then exit M5x50 screws and remove the encoder.
3. Cable shielding treatment
a. Cable shielded wire connects to the earth through short-circuit equipment on the encoder housing
b. When you need to dismantle the host side cable shield, remove the shell gland, and the shunt.
c. After taking off the crowbar, reinstall the shell gland to keep dust.
